Founder
Sharan Mashyal is the founder and director of Finedge Training Institute, an NSDC-affiliated BFSI Sector Skill Council training partner. With over two decades of professional experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI), he has played a key role in bridging the gap between academic learning and employability skills.
Throughout his career, he has mentored over 500+ professionals and students, many of whom now hold successful positions in leading banks and financial institutions. Having served in leadership roles in ING Vysiya bank, HDFC bank, India bull housing finance.
Under his leadership, Finedge Training Institute has emerged as a trusted platform for career readiness and placement in the BFSI sector. The institute focuses on practical, job-oriented training designed to make fresh graduates industry-ready for roles in banking operations, lending, and customer service.
Sharan has actively collaborated with national skill missions, BFSI SSC, and government initiatives to promote youth employability. He and his institute were invited by the Government of Karnataka to the Bangalore Skill Summit 2025 in recognition of their contribution to skill development and.
